21Colour Managing Director Trevor Price is delighted to be working on the latest Web 2 Print project that the company is developing for St Francis Hospice the independent charity in Essex.
Saint Francis Hospice is one of the largest adult hospices in the UK and is approaching the 30th year.
21Colour are developing an online marketing portal for the charity.
The online marketing portal will provide the charity with instant access to all of their marketing collateral and offer a range of approved products and templates to create, order and manage their print and marketing.
The portal will help the charity with the promotion of the products and services of the charity along with helping to increase the fundraising effort.
The Web2Print portal will also deliver cost savings, time savings, better brand control and total budget management
Saint Francis Hospice teams of specialist consultants, doctors, nurses and health care assistants provide practical and emotional support for adults of all ages and give specialist bereavement support to family members from as young as 20 months.
The story of Saint Francis Hospice, and the modern hospice movement in general, shows local people standing up and saying what matters so much to them. By taking ownership of a local hospice like Saint Francis, local people placed humanity above institutional procedures. That sense of family, of belonging, of standing by the things in life that really matter, lie at the heart of Saint Francis Hospice because it was ordinary people – not the government or the NHS – that committed themselves to making their own hospice a reality.
Most of the people we care for like to stay in their own homes, therefore we provide support that allows them to do that. At times when this is not possible or when patients prefer the comfort of being in a clinical environment, we bring them into our hospice for specialist care and control of symptoms; over half of these patients are able to return home again.
Trevor Price said ‘the Saint Francis Hospice portal will be a very exciting project to work on, the first goal is to enable the team at Saint Francis to control their printed projects and strengthen their wonderful brand, whilst delivering tangible costs savings. For the charity sector it is incredibly important to help them reduce costs as any saving goes directly to help them increase their services. The second goal of the portal project is to help the fund raisers raise more money by providing them with quick and effective marketing collateral for their event and in turn enable them to raise more funds for Saint Francis Hospice’
Leyla Niyazi from Saint Francis tells us that they are very excited about getting the project up and running.
